By accessing or using yofiandgrace.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, change prices, or limit quantities at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors and product details but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

4. Cosmetic Product Disclaimer

Yofi & Grace products are cosmetic items intended to support healthy-looking skin. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. Always perform a patch test before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult a qualified professional before use.

5. Orders, Payment & Shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Refunds & Returns

All beauty product sales are final. See our Refund & Return Policy for details on damaged or defective shipments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the “POWER SERUM™” and “YOFI & GRACE” marks — is owned by or licensed to Yofi & Grace and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the Site.

9. Affiliate Program

Participation in our affiliate program is governed by separate program terms presented during application. Affiliates must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines and disclose material connections.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOFI & GRACE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yofi & Grace, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Yofi & Grace is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.
